Mr Clement Lee Shieh Peen is a co-founder of Synagie and has over 30 years of experience in development and management in the telecommunications, entertainment and lifestyle industries.

Ms Tai Ho Yan is a co-founder of Synagie and has over 20 years of FMCG industry experience in sales and marketing having held management and senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, Bausch & Lomb and Watsons Singapore. Ms Tai holds a bachelors degree of commerce with University of Wollongong, Australia.

Ms Phua Nan Chie has over 20 years of experience in marketing, business planning, development, administration and operations. Ms Phua has extensive work experience in local, regional roles across events management, banking and asset management industry. She has a bachelors degree of business administration with National University of Singapore

Mr Chong Tian Taum has over 20 years of experience in finance, corporate development and venture capital and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University. Mr Chong is currently Managing Partner at Gobi Partners, a leading Asia-focused venture capital firm headquartered in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong

Mr Jin Qin has a bachelor’s degree from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Chicago Booth School of Business, United States. Mr Qin, is currently Investment director at Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group.

Mr Malcolm Tan Hock Yean is Chief Financial Officer and has over 17 years of experience in audit, finance and accounting with PriceWaterHouse Coopers, BBDO, Tessa Therapeutics and Trax Retail. Mr Tan was accredited Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelors degree in accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Ms Quek Wei Ling is Chief Operating Officer and has strong FMCG & retail background having previously worked for Watsons and NTUC Unity. Ms Quek has been with Synagie since inception holding senior positions such as head of content, general manager overseeing local and regional markets in South East Asia. She holds a bachelors of science (pharmacy) from National University of Singapore

Ms Zanetta Lee Yue is Head of Corporate Development and co-founder of Synagie. Ms Lee has over 20 years of experience in strategy, business development, sales and marketing and has a bachelor of science degree in economics and management with The London School of Economics & Political Science.
